NOTE - For best results, it is recommended to use a white base coat before painting with PLAYMARKERS markers.

Playmarker is a marker that contains high-quality acrylic paint and has a brush-shaped tip as part of its design, making the painting process as easy as unscrewing and applying the colors of your choice to decorate your miniature.

Apply, let it dry while you continue working on other parts of your miniature, and decide when you think it's best to stop applying layers according to your preferences or the time you want to devote to that part of the hobby. That's it.

Put aside the brushes, palettes, dilutions, paint types, cleaning products, etc. and focus all your energy on what is your favorite part of the hobby for now: having fun.

Playmarkers promise to revolutionize the way board game players interact with their sessions. These markers are not only a practical, precise tool that offers maximum control, but also an element of immersion and style in every board game. The main idea of this series of 34 vivid and intensely colored markers is that they can meet your basic starting needs, help you overcome any fears, allow you to quickly and easily bring every detail to life, enjoy more visually appealing and engaging games, or even introduce you to the exciting world of miniature painting.

Do you want to modify finishes, apply blends, glazes, washes etc.? The rest of the AK Interactive modelling range can help you do this and are fully compatible with these markers when you decide to spend more time painting.

Likewise, if you are an experienced modeler, Playmarkers are becoming a new tool similar to RC Markers. The difference is the overall color range offered by Playmarkers compared to the historical RC Markers color range, and the type of tip. Playmarkers have a more flexible and durable tip that works well on models with many bends and gaps, while RC Markers have a felt tip designed for flat work surfaces such as planes or tanks.

• Ultra-fast drying
• Large coverage
• Minimal maintenance
• Excellent adhesion on primed surfaces and on plastic, resin, and metal
• Maximum resistance to handling of the miniature after the paint has dried
• Maximum resistance to the use of weathering products

AK Interactive Playmarkers - how to use?

Playmarkers can be applied directly with the tip of the marker, which is the recommended method for hobbyists who are just starting out in the craft.

A base coat is recommended, but the paint has high adhesion and can be applied directly to miniatures in several coats. As with any paint, to achieve very vivid reds, yellows, oranges, etc., it is recommended to first apply a white base coat. This technique will make the colors more vibrant and saturated.

More advanced techniques can also be used, as the acrylic ink can be mixed between markers, directly on the tip, or by dropping a few drops onto the palette and wetting the tip of the marker with the mixture. This allows for different transitions and halftones.

To clean the marker tips, simply dip the tip in water like you would with a regular paintbrush. You can also press the rear actuator to release the paint and use it to paint with a regular brush.
