When will the order be shipped?

We usually ship order within 48 hours from the moment the order is placed and paid for. When the order is packed you will receive a notification by e-mail and the order will change its status to "ready for pick up". Then the order is shipped you will also receive a notification and the status will change to "shipped". If you urgently need to process an order, please contact us.

Is it possible to send by anything by mail?

Unfortunately, we do not offer mail shipping at the moment.

Can I count on addition discounts for larger orders?

As per our discount program our regular customers receive additional discounts. It would be unfair to our customers if we would give discounts to anyone who wants to place a larger order. Everyone is treated equally and we do not give any additional discounts on requests by e-mail or by phone. Thanks to this everyone can be sure that he or she is one the same terms as others.

How to choose card sleeves?

It is not a simple matter. We recommend to check the list of matching sleeves on Boardgamegeek. If you happen to visit our store it is best to take one card of a given size from the game with you. We will then perfectly match the sleeves to your needs.
