Quick Markers are the third line of markers from AK Interactive. The Quick series, as the name suggests, is an extension of the AK Quick Gen series, known for its ability to distribute paint pigment more naturally on painted surfaces, resulting in more natural shadows and transitions.
Quick Markers – quickly build color and shading
Quick Markers are acrylic modeling paints in a convenient pen shape with a synthetic brush tip. Designed for efficient color application while simultaneously highlighting details without the need for multi-step shading, the formula allows the paint to naturally settle into recesses during application and subtly brighten raised elements. Just one coat allows for clear differences, significantly speeding up work on miniatures and models.
The product is ready to use immediately after shaking. Simply remove the cap and start painting. Best results are achieved with a light base, which enhances the tonal effect. If necessary, additional layers can be applied to deepen the color. The flexible tip allows for both quick coverage of larger surfaces and precise line drawing. The dispensing system allows for the regulation of paint quantity – you can saturate the tip directly into the marker or squeeze a small amount into a separate container and work with a traditional brush. Once dry, the coating is stable and allows for continued work. Additional modeling techniques, such as washes, drybrushes, and decals, can be used. The product works well with other acrylic paints. Close the marker cap tightly after use. It's a good idea to clean the tip of excess paint. Shake vigorously before next use.
