Product complaint

Sometimes it will happen that there is a problem with an order or product. Unfortunately, a simple mistake cannot be 100% prevented. But we always solve the complaint together with the customers and do not leave you with the problem.

If the problem is with the content of the game then we recommend contacting the publisher directly in the first place. This is usually the quickest way to get missing items as we do not have any items for exchange. As a rule, it is quite simple to find the right email or page where to file a complaint with the publisher.

If your complaint is due to any other reason, such as shipping damage or external product defect, please contact us.

Product return

You may return part or all of your order up to 14 days after receiving it. Please read the instructions below carefully for a smooth return:

  • Please write an email informing us about the intent to return an order
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer
  • Please include proof of purchase with your order

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to pack the return shipment safely and completely. If the products are damaged or lost due to careless packing, we may reduce the refund amount
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging. If the product has traces of use, we reserve the right to reduce the refund  amount
