The One Ring RPG - Trials of Saruman

He is great among the Wise—the chief of my order and the head of the Council. His knowledge is deep, but his pride has grown with it, and he takes ill any meddling. “Trials of Saruman” contains six adventures for The Lord of the Rings Roleplaying, the 5E adaptation of The One Ring, in which the heroes are sent to serve—or watch—the White Wizard Saruman.

Spanning from the year 2965 to the opening moves of the War of the Ring, the scenarios can be played individually or linked into a larger tale. The story begins before Saruman’s fall: the treason of Isengard has not begun. Perhaps his doom is already written—or perhaps the heroes can change the ending and save the White Wizard from corruption.

Perfect for Middle-earth and 5E groups seeking a campaign-ready set of atmospheric missions in the shadow of Isengard.
