Terraforming Mars: Hellas & Elysium (English edition)

The first expansion to Mars Terraformation includes a double-sided game board with new regions of the Red Planet.

The Elysium map will take players almost to the other side of the Mars equator. It will open up to the north of the region with its vast lowlands where oceans can be formed, and the south rich in various minerals. If someone manages to place an area on Olympus Mons, the highest mountain in the entire solar system, they will receive 3 free cards.

The region of Hellas is bordered by the South Pole of Mars and a huge crater that stretches over 7 hexes, which begs to create a great ocean there. Placing areas around the Pole will grant you new bonuses of heat and water. Each of these maps contains new sets of Titles and Rewards that are compatible with the region. Place 3 areas around the South Pole to become a Polarisee, or fight for the most ocean areas on Elysium!
