Terraforming Mars (English edition)

In Terraformation of Mars, players will lead one of twelve corporations. Each of them has its own unique ability, specializing in a specific category or having certain bonuses for specific activities. Beginning players can choose "startup" corporations adapted to the first game and allow better acquaintance with the mechanics of the game.

Mars terraformation is a long process, so players' turns are the next generations of humanity, and players, as corporate leaders, will decide which elements of Mars terraformation they will focus on: will they start by increasing the temperature, or maybe they will build a city right away? Will they sign trade agreements to import raw materials from Earth, will they mine nearby asteroid belts, or will they start mining resources on Mars? Over 200 project cards will be available to players. Of course, among them there will be "tools" to disturb competition. We'll be able to send bandits to loot competitors' investment sites, or we'll direct a meteor shower over their freshly planted forest. There are many possibilities and tactics in the game, and it is the players who decide which to use and in what order.

During the game, players will learn interesting facts about Mars, and see from the kitchen how it could be adapted to human needs. The game will definitely appeal to fans of space conquest, and the mechanics will satisfy players who like optimization, economy and a pinch of negative interaction.
