• A new take on an infamous Mythos entity He Who is Not to be Named - The King in Yellow
• A guide to the Sutra of Pale Leaves and its insidious effects
• Six ready-to-play investigators
• A range of NPC confidants

The Sutra of Pale Leaves: Carcosa Manifest also contains four standalone scenarios that can also be played as a campaign, or combined with the companion volume, The Sutra of Pale Leaves: Twin Suns Rising, to form an extended experience.

Scenarios:

• The Bridge Maiden: the search for a missing person leads to Tokyo’s fashion community
• Wonderland: a video-game player’s injury draws a spotlight on a new computer game craze
• The Bridge Maiden, Part Two: earlier discoveries and consequences drive toward a nightmare conclusion
• The Fixer: an optional aftermath where the investigators seek to repair tattered reputations

The Sutra of Pale Leaves: Carcosa Manifest is designed to be used with the Call of Cthulhu roleplaying game and, optionally, the Pulp Cthulhu supplement.
