Zooloretto: Christmas Tree Expansion (International Edition)

All rules from the base game apply, with the following exceptions:

The first player to fill a six-square enclosure gets the Christmas tree enclosure. They place it next to their board by the shelter, and it stays there until the end of the game. The player may not place any other animal markers on the Christmas tree enclosure. Once per game, that player may take three markers from any stacks, except the one with the wooden disc, and place one of them immediately in their zoo (they may also take a coin marker).

The remaining markers are placed on a pile, which is then shuffled. To indicate that the player has already taken this action, a coin from the bank is placed on the Christmas tree runway. The coin remains there until the end of the game. This marker does not affect the scoring.

If this expansion is played with the Polar Bear expansion or similar, the player chooses which tile to take. The other players, when they fill their enclosure with six spaces, choose from the remaining tiles.
