The Pz.Kpfw. III Ausf. J was the most popular variant of the Panzer III series, serving in North Africa and on the Eastern Front. Combining excellent mobility with high initiative, platoon commanders had a tank that could be in the right place at the right time to deliver a fatal blow.
Designed as a response to the T-34 tank, the Panther featured strong frontal armor, a powerful 7.5 cm gun, and excellent off-road capabilities. Its strong initiative and high mobility helped commanders ensure the Panther would be a frontal combat vehicle, where its good survivability allowed it to remain in the fight as long as possible. Designed to meet the requirements for an affordable and easily produced tank destroyer, the Hetzer was a reliable and widely used vehicle. Its combination of solid performance, surprisingly compact size, and relatively low cost made the Hetzer an affordable yet effective option for the platoon commander on a tight budget.
Each platoon blister pack contains 3 tank cards and 15 upgrade cards.
