Product description

Model Wash is a range of shade / wash stains made of a unique water-based formula. The product provides the modeller with new techniques for mapping aging processes and exposure to the elements. Colors with a matte finish and high capillarity, engineered to bring out the finest details of the model panels and the contrasts created by wear and build-up of dirt caused by operation and exposure to weather conditions.

The versatility of Model Wash makes the product as suitable for quick blending as it is for creating clumpy dust and dirt around model details such as rivets and panel lines. Washes also serve as a filter, applied evenly to the model to modify the base color. The Wash model can be applied with a brush and airbrush and dries very quickly, so you can continue painting after about 20 minutes. Painting tools are washed with water.

Safety: Model Wash is non-flammable and solvent-free. See also certified product safety information on the Security page.
Packaging: Available in 35 ml / 1.18 fl.oz. bottles with flip top / dropper closures.
