Two Thin Coats: Toxic Goo

The Duncan Rhodes Painting Academy "Two Thin Layers" paints are a range of paints developed from scratch by some of the world's finest paint chemists. These aren't just off-the-shelf paints they've bottled. They've developed each color to meet their high standards for miniature paints. They've collaborated with Trans Atlantis Games to create a range of paints suitable for hobbyists of all levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced painter, they believe you'll enjoy using these paints!

They launched with 60 colors in the range. These include six fantastic washes and six shimmering metallics that utilize brand new technology to help these metals shine! The remaining paints comprise 48 colors—both primary and secondary colors, along with a wide range of other colors to match.

They designed them, including the metallics, as a triad system. This means we start with the shadow color, then the midtone, and finally the highlight. Of course, you can use them however you see fit and change them to suit your style and taste.
