Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon - Echoes of the Past (wersja polska)

One of the most important parts of Tainted Grail is that every character playing is somehow broken or touched by the past. Each of them had something big in front of them. Now, with Echoes of the Past, we have the chance to delve into what makes these champions unique.

Where did Beor get the wound and why doesn't he heal?
What happened between Naazer and the love of his life?
Why was Ailei spared by Wyrdness?
Which of the countless calamities has caused Arev's curse?
Why did Madb devote herself to keeping legends about the past?

With Echoes, you'll learn all of this - and much more. The expansion pack includes a separate campaign, including Niamh. This card contains 9 special conditions that trigger 9 unique memories - Echoes of the past.

For example, when Fyul is hungry for the first time, her memory of being an orphan comes up. For the first time, Beor defeats Purple Encounter and reveals the story of a less fortunate skirmish from the past. And so on ...

These memories have little impact on the gameplay (sometimes positive, sometimes negative). But as you progress through the game, your Character develops into a tale of self-discovery or reconciliation, and you will earn some interesting rewards.

Each time you complete a block of three achievements, you'll receive a Legendary Action card that you hold at your Character Board - you can use it once to perform one action, so epic the bards will sing stories about you for years to come. The Legendary Action card is then discarded from the game.

It's not everything! If you manage to unleash ALL of the basic memories, you will move on to the last, tenth entry in the booklet, which includes a personal side mission where your hero will confront his worst fears, weaknesses, or a personal nemesis. If you win, you'll receive a special gold Legendary Action card that will permanently give your character a second game action!

Don't worry if you don't find it all in one game. Sheets can be used as a legacy piece, allowing your hero to start a new game with part of their story and some Heroic Feats cards already unlocked.

As a result, this add-on introduces interesting personal goals for each hero and a small element of heritage, while reinforcing the characters' stories and providing a deeper view of the world of Tainted Grail.

Please note that this is an advanced add-on that requires some knowledge of the game and is best suited for the second or even third approach to the campaign!
