Scythe: Modular game board

The modular board changes the landscape of Eastern Europe with each new game of Scythe and introduces a new level of gameplay variability in Scythe.

The map layout (double-sided board and 4 large double-sided tiles) along with the faction locations (tiles with bases) is different with each subsequent game. The matchmaking element was also introduced when setting up the initial board, and a variant with a smaller map when a small number of players are involved in the game.

The modular board is a completely new board, specially designed for the tiles (which in turn were developed with the board in mind). Both the board and the tiles are double-sided to maximize game variability. Once you play Scythe on a modular board, you will always want it to create such a diverse landscape of Europe for you.

Thanks to a double-sided board, double-sided tiles and tiles with bases, the modular board offers millions of possible play area layouts.

• 1 double-sided board (624x818mm - size identical to the standard Scythe board)
