Green Stuff World: Neodymium Magnets 15x1.5mm - 10 pcs. (N52)

Neodymium magnets are the strongest type of permanent magnet available on the market. They have replaced other types of magnets in many applications in modern products that require strong permanent magnets.

The references N35 and N52 are a measurement of the quality of the magnet material. The higher the grade (the number following the 'N'), the stronger the magnet.

These will explain two things:

• How much "magnetic energy" per volume does this magnet material contain?
• Up to what temperature can a magnet be used?

Magnets starting with "N" should be used at temperatures up to 80°C (176°F).

The highest grade of neodymium magnet currently available is N52.

If you plan on using them for wargames and miniatures, we recommend the following:

• Neodymium Magnet - 3x0.5mm, for replacing weapons, heads, weapons etc...
• Neodymium Magnet - 3x1mm, for replacing weapons, heads, guns etc...
• Neodymium magnet - 3x2mm, for plastic miniature bases.
• Neodymium magnet - 5x2mm, for metal bases of miniatures.
