The Christmas tree is an equipment token.

It can be placed in a room of two or three cards (not counting the garage). There can be only one Christmas tree in a house. Otherwise, the standard rules apply.

To get a Christmas tree, after drawing a pair of cards from the selected column, discard the resource card and replace it with the available Christmas tree token with the highest number of points.
