Capital Lux 2: Pocket

This pocket edition is a comfortable, portable and somewhat stripped down version of Capital Lux 2: Generations.

Capital Lux 2: Pocket is a standalone continuation of the acclaimed tactical card game from 2016, it introduces a number of interchangeable powers that can be freely combined and matched. This allows a total of 81 unique power combinations to be obtained. One of these combinations is in the first edition of Capital Lux, while the other 80 present players with new tactical challenges.

The heart of the game revolves around the following dilemma: Do you play character cards in your base to score points, or do you donate them to the capital to use their powers? At the end of the round, you cannot have a greater total value in your home base than your current total capital value. If the limit is exceeded, these cards will be forfeited. At the end of the third round, all cards remaining in your base score.

So the game turns into balancing on a razor's edge: score as many points as possible for yourself without going over the limit - always taking into account your current powers.
